    We offer a full range of workspace solutions: private managed offices (1–100+ desks), hot desks, coworking memberships, virtual office packages, and fully customized enterprise suites. Both our Delhi (Connaught Place) and Gurgaon (Sector 49) centers offer all these options.

  2. Can I use the Avanta address for GST registration?

    Yes. Even our Virtual Office plans include a real registered business address that can be used for GST registration, company incorporation (ROC), import-export code, bank account opening, and other statutory purposes. We provide the NOC and address-proof documents required.

  3. What is the minimum contract term?

    Our minimum contract is 3 months for managed offices, with a 30-day notice period to vacate or downsize. Virtual office plans start on a monthly basis. We do not require long-term lease commitments—flexibility is one of our core offerings.

  4. What's included in the monthly price?

    All plans include electricity, air conditioning, housekeeping, building maintenance, security, reception services, and high-speed internet. Managed office plans additionally include meeting room credits, IT support, and access to our AI workspace dashboard. There are no surprise bills — everything is covered in one GST-inclusive invoice.

  5. Do you offer day passes or hourly meeting room bookings?

    Yes. Non-members can book our meeting rooms and boardrooms on an hourly or half-day basis. Day passes for the coworking lounge are also available. Contact us to check availability and current rates for both our Delhi and Gurgaon locations.

  6. How quickly can I move in?

    Our offices are fully furnished and tech-ready — most clients move in within 24 to 48 hours of signing the agreement. There are no fit-out delays, no construction, and no waiting for internet provisioning. Just sign, move in, and start working.
